Grievance mechanism
In line with the best industry practice, company VE Rakova bara established the grievance mechanism. This a notification and grievance resolution procedure, as well as a means to hear the proposals from all the stakeholders, who could be negatively affected during the development, construction and operation of WPP Rakova bara. Subjects of such grievances can be induced damages, injuries, incidents, or generally stakeholders’ concerns, which may come as the consequence of action or lack thereof, either by the VE Rakova bara representatives, and/or physical persons and/or legal entities, engaged by the company at any stage of the implementation of this project. implementation of this project.
Grievance submission procedure
Procedure for submitting the grievance is as following:
1. Submission of the grievance, which can be accomplished:
- online – by using the form on a web page;
- directly to the company’s address (2, Jug Bogdana St., 12320 Žagubica, Serbia);
- to the company’s e-mail address (prituzbe@verakovabara.rs);
2. Confirmation of the receipt of the grievance
Company VE Rakova bara will reply to a griever with a confimation of receipt, in a written form (regular or electronic mail, depending upon the griever’s submittal, under previous condition that the griever provided his/her address);
3. Processing
Processing the grievance depens upon its nature. If this process will linger, VE Rakova bara shall continuously provide a griever with an actual status. In case additional information are required, company will address the griever with such a request; slučaju potrebe za dopunskim informacijama, kompanija će se obratiti takvom molbom podnosiocu;
4 .Outcome
Company VE Rakova bara shall immediately upon completion of processing inform a griever.
5. Subsequent actions
Company Rakova bara shall, without any undue delay, initiate activities in line with the oucome of grievance processing, and timely inform respective stakeholder or public thereof.
